Jaye Lo: ‘Leave Nigeria, You’re in Danger,’ Kemi Olunloyo Tells Davido, Olori

Popular investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has urged Nigerian singer, Davido and his signee, Logos Olori to leave the country due to the Jaye Lo video.

Davido faced significant backlash recently over the Jaye Lo music video released by Logos Olori which was labeled as disrespectful to Islamic tenets.

The video depicted a mosque-like scene with men in white Jalabiya who transitioned from seemingly observing Sallah prayers to dancing while reciting Quranic verses.

Olunloyo took to her Facebook page and advised the Davido Music World, DMW Boss to consider leaving the country for his safety.

The journalist claimed to have received credible information regarding threats against him.

She also told the singer to apologize to the Islamic community and disregard any contrary advice he received from his fans.

She said:

Davido leave Nigeria with your artist. Get him a visa ASAP. You are in danger in Nigeria. Big Danger.

“Apologize to Islam. I have credible information that these credible threats are realm I was very quit during the Deborah case.”
