England midfielder Jude Bellingham has become the youngest player ever to appear in three major international tournaments, surpassing the previous records set by Cristiano Ronaldo and Michael Owen.
Bellingham achieved this milestone during England’s Euro 2024 group stage match against Serbia on Sunday, where he scored the winning goal in a 1-0 victory for the Three Lions in Gelsenkirchen.
The 20-year-old Real Madrid star capitalized on a deflected cross from Bukayo Saka, heading in the decisive goal after just 13 minutes. Bellingham’s achievement at 20 years and 353 days surpasses the previous records set by Owen (22 years and 170 days) and Ronaldo (23 years and 123 days).
