It was gathered that Fawe had jailed him when he was arraigned over the allegation of insulting his mother while exchanging words with her.
Fawe was subsequently discharged from his duties on Friday for jailing the man without a fair hearing and an option of fine.
Fawe was said to have convicted the man “without hearing a word from him” over what in his perspective happened between him and his mother.
