Kane and Mbappe Lead Champions League Scoring, But Neither Will Feature in the Final

Kane and Mbappe

Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe are tied as the top scorers in the UEFA Champions League this season, with eight goals each. This scoring tally comes just ahead of the final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund on June 1.

Unfortunately, neither Kane nor Mbappe will be playing in the final. Their teams were knocked out in the semi-final stage, with Bayern losing to Dortmund and PSG being eliminated by Real Madrid.

Following them on the scoring chart are Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann, who each have six goals to their credit.
