40-year-old Abdulrahaman Abdulkarim, has been taken custody by the Police Command in Kastina state over the alleged killing of his wife and dumping her remains inside a well.
Abdulkarim is said to have committed the murder at Madabu -Dabawa village in Dutsinma Local Government Area of the state, where he killed his junior wife Wasila Sara, who was 19-years old.

This was confirmed by Gambo Isah, the Spokesman for the Katsina Police Command during a briefing on Thursday.
The DPO consequently led a team of detectives to the crime scene where they discovered the body, took it to the general Hospital were it was confirmed dead by the doctor after a post mortem examination.
According to the Police Spokesman, the suspect is under the police net and also assisting the police in their ongoing investigation.
