The Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, has reiterated its stance on the Big Brother Naija reality TV show being satanic following the relationship between Khalid and Daniel.
Director of MURIC, Professor Ishaq Akintola in an interview with Vanguard, insisted that the reality show was forbidden for every Muslim.
Akintola, also reacted to the reported sexual relationship between BBNaija housemates, Khalid – a Muslim, and Daniella.
Akintola said he had no need to comment or identify with any individual on the TV show, saying that the show itself is Haram (prohibited in Islam) and anything done inside the house is Haram.

He said; “I have no comment concerning Khalid. Whatever anybody is doing in BBNaija is haram, BBNaija itself; the whole of it. So, it’s not about the aspect of alcohol or whatever.
“I was part of a group that went to court to stop BBNaija, but the system continues to encourage BBNaija, some of our people in the media, and journalists continue to encourage them because there’s money there.
“Nigeria worships money and then we are destroying our youths, who are watching this show and there are some irresponsible parents, too, who are watching and encouraging their children to watch it.”
Khalid and Daniella have become one of the ships to have emerged from the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 7 show.
The lovebirds have left many with mouthwaering activities since the BBNaija Level Up edition started.
