The source disclosed that the abductors have been communicating with the family through Christiana’s WhatsApp and initially demanded N3 million as ransom.

After several appeals, they reduced the amount to N1 million, then N500,000, and finally N350,000.

The family paid the N350,000, but the abductors refused to release Christiana, demanding that they send the bank statement of the account they used for the transfer.
