The deputy governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro has offered prayers to a former Commissioner of Agriculture in the state, Dr. Braduce Angozi, on his birth anniversary.
The two-time deputy to Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa took to his official Facebook account to celebrate Braduce, who he described as ‘a dear brother and friend’.
The former Commissioner for Ijaw ethnic nationality on the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Commission, DESOPADEC, wrote;
