KINGSLEY OTUARO, THE LINCOLN SYNDROME & THE STORY OF THE DARK HORSE
Precisely 1860, Mr. Abraham Lincoln, the relatively unknown, came from no where to win the Republican Party’s nomination, and went down in memory and history, as the most famous of American Presidents. His unexpected triumph is underpinned on the dark horse syndrome.
The dark horse story is closely knitted to the legend of the Wild Wild West of America, which predates Lincoln. It was the era of gunslinger American cowboys and fortune hunters, who bet on race horses for a fast buck. The story is often told of a secretly groomed horse, otherwise the dark horse, that out gallops known champions to win the race.

Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro is the dark horse in the Delta 2023 Governorship race. He is the incarnate of President Abraham Lincoln. The Lord’s mandate for Deltans. The peoples wellbeing and happiness, are foremost in his heart. Deltans should come together to support him.
Otuaro is not known for grandstanding in public nor in his private life. He is an all round person and without blemish. His victory will symbolize a rejection of the old order. Otuaro stands for equality for all and accountability in governance.
His promise of inclusiveness in governance and open door policy, assures fairness and justice for Deltans. Never before has an individual been so reflectively benevolent for the people.
I have said it before, and would say it again: I will leave Delta, and never to return, if KBO, does not deliver the goodies he promised, which are; unity, progress and prosperity for Delta State. It is a guarantee!
