The Labour Party has rejected the judgement delivered by the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.

The party and Obi had challenged the declaration of Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as winnnet of the February 25 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The five-man panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani dismissed the petitions for lacking merit.
