- Father accuses health workers of fake or expired vaccines

- Case sparks outrage after viral TikTok video
A Lagos father, Samuel Alozie, has cried out for justice after his nine-month-old identical twin sons reportedly died within 24 hours of receiving immunisation injections at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State.
The grieving father, popularly known on TikTok as Promise Samuel, said his twin boys, Testimony and Timothy, were taken to the health centre for routine immunisation on the morning of December 24, 2025.

Less than a day later, both children were dead.
The incident went viral on Wednesday after Alozie shared a heartbreaking video on TikTok showing the remains of his sons placed in separate body bags.
“This is the result of the immunisation. They killed my twin boys with injections,” he wrote in the caption.
In a follow-up video posted on Thursday via his TikTok handle @promise.samuel099, Alozie explained what happened after the injections were administered.
According to him, the twins became unusually weak immediately after returning home. They reportedly stopped eating, playing, and responding as they normally would.
He said the nurse advised him to give them paracetamol if their body temperature increased.
“After the injection, they were very weak. The nurse said if the temperature continued, I should give them paracetamol,” Alozie said.
Despite giving them the medication and bathing them to reduce the fever, their condition did not improve.
“My wife bathed them, even with cold water, but nothing changed. On the morning of December 25, they died. Both of them died at the same time.”
Alozie alleged that the health workers may have administered expired, fake, or excessive vaccines.
“The government has killed my children. My nine-month-old twins were strong and healthy. They killed them with fake injections,” he said.
He insisted that the babies had no history of serious illness since birth and had always responded well to minor treatments like paracetamol.
“My children were strong. They were not sick. I only took them for immunisation because I wanted to do the right thing,” he added.
The father also revealed that the nurse who handled the last immunisation was not the usual staff member who attended to his children during previous visits.
The incident has sparked public outrage, with many Nigerians calling for a full investigation into the activities of the health centre.
