Lagos govt reopens Cubana Chief Priest’s restaurant

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has lifted the seal on Cubana Chief Priest’s restaurant, Donald’s Fast Food (De-Angels Night Club), after the owner agreed to adhere to the state’s environmental regulations.

Commissioner for the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab in a statement on Tuesday, announced that the restaurant’s owner has signed an agreement to maintain the approved fast food business enterprise and adhere to state laws.

The Lagos State government continues to show commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all Lagosians.

Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Paschal Chibuike Okechukwu, is a Nigerian celebrity barman and entrepreneur associated with the nightlife scene.

He is known for his lavish lifestyle, exuberant personality, and ostentatious displays of wealth.

The restaurant was sealed due to repeated complaints of noise pollution and other environmental violations.
