“Women make up a significant portion of our population, and their voices deserve to be heard. We need more women in leadership positions to bring diverse perspectives and ideas to the table,” she emphasized.
In her current role as the Senior Special Assistant to Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke on Entertainment, Arts, Culture, and Tourism, Bakare pledged to broaden her peace-promotion efforts to reach more communities across the country.

Mercy Chinwo’s Ex-Manager EeZeeTee Granted Bail in Alleged Forex Fraud Case
Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court in Lagos has granted music producer and former manager of gospel artist Mercy Chinwo, Ezekiel Onyedikachi (also known as EeZeeTee), bail in the sum of N20 million, following his arrest on charges of forex transaction fraud.
The bail, which was granted on Friday, comes after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) accused EeZeeTee of engaging in a $255,000 fraudulent foreign exchange deal.
