A heated incident between a landlord and his tenant has stirred controversy online after a video surfaced showing the landlord intentionally damaging the tenant’s air conditioner.
According to reports, the landlord had earlier warned the tenant not to install the cooling unit on the property. However, the tenant went ahead with the installation, prompting the landlord to retaliate by destroying the appliance.
In the viral footage, the landlord is seen using a sharp object to vandalize the air conditioner while boldly declaring that the tenant could take any action he pleased, boasting that he already had legal representation.
