Former senator, Dino Melaye has advised Nigerian politicians to return what they stole from the poor.

The politician asked that politicians emulate Zacchaeus’s act of repentance, which included returning the stolen funds he had stolen from the people, in the bible.

Taking to his Twitter page, Dino Melaye dropped this word of advice, while also including himself in the list of corrupt politicians that needs to change their ways.

He wrote

All politicians should also know that the bible recorded Zacchaeus retuned to the poor what he had stolen from them. Let’s emulate him. SDM.”
