Lockdown: FG Sets Date For Commencement of Interstate Travel

Speculations are rife that the Federal Government of Nigeria is set to order state borders across the country.

This was made public by the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad who took to microblogging platform, Twitter to hint that interstate movement may resume on June 21.

In a tweet on Thursday afternoon, Bashir quoted Dr Sani Aliyu, the National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19, that state borders may be opened as domestic flights are expected to resume on June 21.

He tweeted;

The Federal Government had earlier announced that domestic flights will resume for operation in the country as from June 21.
