The Lagos State Government has announced that it has reached a settlement plan for Shangisha landlords and the judgement creditors who have claimed the land where Magodo estate phase two is located.
Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso said the agreement was reached after meeting the Gov. Sanwo-Olu with representatives of Nigerian Police, Magodo Residents Association (MRA) and the Shangisha landlords at the Government house on Wednesday January 5.
Upon identification of available and accessible land, the Lagos State Government is to immediately allocate the land to the 549 judgment creditors.
