Man Beats Girlfriend To Death Over Infidelity

• A man is currently being held in police custody, after murdering his girlfriend.

• The man was alleged to have beaten her to the point of death for allegedly cheating on him.

Police operatives in South Africa have arrested a man for the alleged gruesome murder of his girlfriend.

According to reports, the suspect, a 34-year-old man allegedly used a wooden stick to beat his girlfriend to death, over her infidelity.

This happened in the early hours of Sunday, April 6, In Brandfort, Free State province, South Africa.

Confirming the arrest, a police officer, Sgt Palesa Thabane said the police received a distress call around 2:45am, stating that an unusual activity was going on after a residence in Nonzamo Park, Brandfort.

Upon arrival, the police were met with the dead body of a 38-year-old African woman lying on the bedroom floor.

“The body was covered in blood and she had sustained severe injuries to her upper arm and face,” Thabane said.

“The victim was declared de@d on the scene and police are investigating a case of murder. They have confiscated a wooden stick covered in blood stains,” he added

The suspect was taken into custody, and would be made to appear before the court on Monday.
