A Nigerian man has called for choristers to be paid tithe and offerings like pastors too.
According to the man with username Malcom Freeman on Facebook account, church workers and pastors do same job in keeping the sanctuary.
Malcom expressed disdain that choristers and other church workers are promised an heavenly reward while pastors reap all the tithes and offerings for themselves on earth.

Malcom concluded by saying that the practice makes it obvious that pastors are the Jesus Christ and God churches preach about.
“A chorister does same work as a pastor, while one sing, the other preach. Whereas the pastor is paid in tithe, seed, offering, first fruit, partnership, etc; the chorister is told that is reward or payment is from God.

“When a person refuse to question, think, research, and hate logic and reason, such a person deserves whatever rituals he or she is being use for..
“I have no no sympathy or empathy for church workers who are been used like slaves, serially abuse by pastors.
“Choristers, ushers, sound engineers, toilet cleaners, traffic wardens, voluntary security workers deserve to be paid from the salary a pastor is receiving from tithe, seed, offering and the other goodies attach to the preaching of Jesus Christ in our churches..
“Since pastors get their reward here on earth, a chorister should also get his/hers from earth too..
‘But if some people chose to be fools, chose to be used to build big empire for pastor, and dumped after, who am I to tell these unconscious slaves in a pastor company ( aka church) not to work freely for Jesus Christ and God?
“na pastor Dem dey indirectly refer to as Jesus Christ and God.”
