Tragedy struck on Monday in Lagos when a man met his untimely demise after being struck by a train on the railway track.

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) responded promptly to a distress call at approximately 18:00 hours, regarding a train accident opposite Cappa in Lagos.

Upon arriving at the scene, LASEMA personnel discovered the lifeless body of an adult male who had been walking along the railway track.

Meanwhile, the circumstances surrounding the man’s presence on the tracks remain unclear.
