Kunle Adeyanju, a Nigerian and Rotarian, revealed that he has encountered a challenge.

Adeyanju embarked on a charity ride on April 19 from London to Lagos, a distance of about 12,000 kilometres. He noted the new development in a recent tweet.

The man who is currently in Mali said that he lost his rear tyre after entering a pothole and it has left him stranded.

He said:
Ran into a pothole lost my rear tire and the alloy got bent, stuck for now …. Working on options… sad though!

Left Eagle at a hamlet yesterday,.. sad!”

He added that he is working on alternatives in a bid to continue the trip.

Again, he said:
Recovery operations underway. Closest REAL help about 600km away.

Such frustrations can sometimes get you to your lowest moment, but also that is when you need to stay strong!

Now time to park the emotions, we will solve problems and get back on course!

#London-Lagos achievable, doable and I will complete the adventure, so help me God!”
