The elderly man was said to have sodomized two young boys in the area.

The suspect denied all allegations, adding that he only allowed the boys sleep on his chest, an act which he tagged harmless.
Men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC have arrested one Alhaji Ganiyu Kehinde for sexual assault.
Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the 45-year-old suspect was alleged to have had carnal knowledge of two boys, aged 15 and 19.

This happened in the lpata-Oloje area of Ilorin, Kwara state capital.
The suspect, who is a spare part dealer is alleged to have engaged in the act numerous times with the victims before he was caught.
The case came into light after the parents of the victims and members of the community reported the incident to the Gender Unit of the Command on April 14, 2025.
Confirming the arrest on Tuesday, April 15, the spokesperson of the corp, Ayoola Michael said the victim confessed to have been assaulted multiple times by the suspect, both in his home of residence, and an uncompleted building.
“Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect lured the victims with monetary gifts, giving them ₦500 on separate occasions after having carnal knowledge with them,”
The victims are currently undergoing medical and psychological assessments to support their recovery and the ongoing investigation,”
The suspect however denied sexually assaulting the victims, though he claimed he only let them sleep on his chest.
The suspect will be charged in court upon completion of the ongoing investigation in accordance with legal provisions.
