Manchester United are in discussions with Monaco about signing Youssouf Fofana, as reported by Sky Sports.
The 25-year-old, who is in the final year of his contract, has been with Monaco since 2020, making 175 appearances and scoring seven goals.
United are exploring various midfield options, including Palmeiras’ Richard Rios, Burnley’s Sander Berge, Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi, and Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat, who was on loan at United last season.
They also continue to show interest in Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte, although not at the current asking price.
