The police have launched a manhunt for a man for the alleged murder of his girlfriend.
The man, identified as Sylvester Roy Mphephu was said to have brutally beaten his girlfriend, Palesa to death on Monday morning, September 5, 2022, in Edenvale, Gauteng, South Africa.

According to reports, Mphephu absconded after dropping Palesa at a hospital, where she later died due to the injuries.
Meanwhile, family members, friends, and members of the community have taken to Facebook to demand justice for the victim.

Another member of the family, Lee-Roy Kolobe Bruce Maboya, advised women to walk away from abusive relationships.
“Dear Ladies, your silence is tearing us apart. Keeping quiet when your partner raises a hand on you is not a good thing,” she wrote.
“Immediately after he raise a hand on you, please.. Please walk away for a reason that he laid his hand on you for the first time he will definetely do it again.. Chances are 75%
