According to the Daily Mail, Girona’s head coach, Miguel Ángel Michel, is a potential candidate to replace Pep Guardiola at Manchester City if Guardiola steps down.
Pep Guardiola is expected to leave the Premier League champions when his contract expires in June 2025.
After securing a fourth consecutive league title, Guardiola told Sky Sports, “The reality is I’m closer to leaving than to staying. It’s eight years, it will be nine. Right now my feeling is I want to stay next season.”
