Many Arrested as Hoodlums Snatch Police Pistol At APC National Convention
A policeman attached to a politician, who is a member of the All Progressive Congress, has lost his service pistol to hoodlums.
The incident occured when political thugs invaded the Eagle Square, venue of the ongoing APC National Convention.
According to SaharaReporters, the police operative lost his pistol when the thugs forced their way into the convention arena.

The hoodlums who took advantage of the poor security setting, pushed down the entrance barrier, leading to commotion.
A stampede followed, leaving many people with varying degrees of injuries.
Meanwhile, the police arrested dozens of thugs who were caught with knives, charms and other dangerous weapons at the venue.
The combined team of security operatives, including the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps and Departments of State Services were all overwhelmed by the thugs.
