A Twitter user who shared the video online wrote, “An excerpt from the situation in the Matadi Kibala district.

“It is a high voltage pillonne that fell on the Matadi Kibala market this morning. Withesses evoke more than 30 deaths.”

Some of the bodies were placed on each other while some were separated on their own.
