The Chairman of Igbudu Market, Mile 2, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, simply identified as Okpako, has reportedly died on top of his wife’s salesgirl.
Reports stated that Okpako died at an undisclosed hotel situated at Odibo Extension in the Igbudu area of Warri.
A security source affirmed that the tragedy occurred while the pair were smoking cannabis to charge up for another sexual round.

Witnesses have it that the man got “extremely high”, causing the lady to panic and ran out of the room almost stripped alerting the neighbourhood for help.
“They rushed him before they knew it, he went unconscious. He was confirmed dead in the hospital,” they said.
Meanwhile, the acting Spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP Edafe Brighter confirming the incident, said the salesgirl has been taken into custody.
He said:
“It is confirmed. The man died in a particular hotel. While we cannot tell for sure until autopsy, but I think he took some drugs.”
