Didi Ekanem, a Nollywood actress, has counselled young women to financially empower themselves before marrying.
The entrepreneur, who delivered the advice on Thursday, April 14, via her Instagram story, also said that married ladies beg her for money daily.
Hence, she opined that single ladies should become entrepreneurs.

“Marriage is not a ticket to financial freedom.”
“Startup a business even if na to sell okro and crayfish, sell it and sell it big. No business wey no dey yield profit. Some marriages comes with combined efforts financially…so prepare not to lack on your own part.”
