We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare organization as a Medical Transcriptionist and HEDIS Analyst. This role combines medical transcription with HEDIS data analysis to ensure compliance with healthcare quality measures.
Responsibilities:
– Accurately transcribe medical dictation into written documents
– Analyze and report HEDIS data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and adherence to medical standards
– Input medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems
– Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify medical information
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
– Excellent typing and listening skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Medical transcription certification an advantage
