Nigerian Gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo has welcomed her first child with her husband, Pastor Blessed.
Chinwo and Blessed had announced that they were expecting a baby in April, just one year after their marriage.
The singer confirmed the news by sharing a music video where she proudly displayed her baby bump and expressed gratitude to God for the new addition to their family.

While the gender of the child has not been officially revealed, online rumors suggest that they have welcomed a baby boy.
She said:
“Lord, we are grateful; we approach Your throne with heartfelt songs of praise and thanksgiving.
“You’ve filled our hearts with joy, our lips with testimonies, and our home with celebration. Indeed “YOU DO THIS ONE.”
