Liverpool superstar, Mohamed Salah, has extended his stay with the Anfield club.

The Egyptian forward has penned down a new long-term contract with the Premier League giant ending speculation over his future.

He will be earning in excess of £350,000 a week making him the highest paid player in the club history.

Jurgen Klopp has reiterated the importance of the Premier League superstar while also giving reason why Liverpool will have to hold on to the forward a bit longer.

“He belongs with us. This is his club, I have no doubt Mo’s best years are still to come. And that’s saying something, because the first five seasons here have been the stuff of legend” he said.

A delegation led by new Sporting Director Julian Ward, flew out to Egypt where Salah is spending his holiday to complete the signing of the new deal.
