A woman, alongside her two children have sustained injuries following a raid by the Nigerian Task Force.

Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the Task Force had attempted to seize commercial motorcycles when the incident happened.
A recent Task Force Raid has caused melee in Lagos state, as people, mostly motorcyclist tried to escape the scene.
The incident, which reportedly took place in the Idimu area of Lagos state saw a woman, simply identified as Folashade get injured during the operation.

Punch Metro reported that the task force official had invaded the area around 10am in the morning, with the aim of arresting offenders.
The motorcyclist were quick to flee the park, and in the process, she and her children fell from the motorcycle.
While speaking with Punch, Folashade noted that she was on her way to work when the incident happened.
She said,
“I was heading to the shop with my two male kids. We left Powerline and were moving towards the Council bus stop when we saw other motorcycles riding past us and shouting, Task Force! That was when our rider increased speed and suddenly entered a mechanic workshop to connect to the other side. It was at that point that I fell off the motorcycle. Despite falling, he still did not wait as he continued, leaving my kids hanging on to him. It took the intervention of some of the mechanics who rushed to rescue them from the motorcycle.”
Some good Samaritan applied first aid to her legs as she sustained bruises during the accident.

Also confirming the incident to PUNCH, an eyewitness said;
“They carried out the same raid yesterday (Tuesday) and the most painful part is that this route is not on the list of restricted routes in the state. The accident the woman had could have been fatal if not for God because the rider was only concerned about escaping.”
As at the time of filing this report, Task Force spokesperson, Raheem Gbadeyan, could not be reached via calls or text messages.
