The All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu has met with the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye over his decision to settle for a Muslim-Muslim ticket.

According to ThisDay, Tinubu’s meeting with Adeboye took place on Sunday at the Redemption Camp.

In the meeting was Tinubu’s wife, Senator Oluremi, who is a deputy pastor with RCCG, alongside others.

“He met Adeboye on Sunday. The meeting was very fruitful. Adeboye is not against Muslim-Muslim ticket,” a source told ThisDay.

Daily Report Nigeria recalls that Tinubu announced a fellow Muslim, Senator Kashim Shettima as his running mate after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at his Daura home in Katsina State.
