Operatives of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NAFDAC have clapped back on counterfeit goods, as they uncover a fake alcoholic beverage depot in Lagos state.
According to reports, the owner of the factory, Madu Abuchi Simon, a 38-year-old man was caught making counterfeits of different popular alcoholic drinks including: Hennessy, William Lawson, Baileys, Martell, Remy Martin, Jack Daniels, Jameson, and St. Remy.

The officers, who searched the premises found more good including expired Amarula cream liquor, empty branded bottles and cartons, stickers, stoves, buckets, cotton wool, and other materials which were valued at about ₦114 million.
The agency also reported that the premises has been sealed, upon completion of investigations.
