The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority has petitioned the Attorney-General of the Federation and the Inspector-General of Police, calling for the arrest, investigation, and prosecution of veteran Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1 De Ultimate), over an incident involving a ValueJet flight.
The musician was removed from the aircraft on Tuesday for allegedly carrying a flask of alcohol and subsequently attempted to block the plane from taxiing. The NCAA described the conduct as a breach of operational procedures and a threat to aviation safety protocols.
