The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has declared suspended DCP Abba Kyari wanted for being a member of a Cartel of Drug Barons operating the Brazil-Singapore network.
Several instances of his intervention to free arrested cocaine and heroin suspects using US dollars and compromise seized hard drugs among NDLEA operatives.
