New Operemor Monarch Hails Okowa, Angele, Others; Calls For Peace

The newly elected traditional ruler of Operemor Kingdom, Burutu local government area of Delta State, His Royal Majesty, Dr Ekioemi Oweiagbe John, has expressed gratitude to critical stakeholders following his emergence as king.

Dr Ekioemi particularly commended the Delta State Government led by Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, the Burutu Council Chairman, Godknows Angele and, Chief Bare Etolor, Chairman Electoral Screening Selection Committee.

He also poured appreciation on Chief Ondukare Fefuyin, Secretary Electoral Screening Committee, Mr, PZ Derrick Bribai, Director General of his Campaign Organization, and Timipre Ndoni, the Director-General of the Dr Ekioemi Oweiagbe John Media Team.

The Pere of Operemor Kingdom also extended greetings to leaders and stakeholders of his kingdom and delegates for electing him king.

Promising that his reign would be historical, and all-encompassing, Dr. Ekioemu appealed to fellow contestants who lost out at the election to join hands with him towards building a new Operemor kingdom.

He promised to strategically reposition the kingdom towards attracting development, as well as empowerment for youths and women.
