The Trinidadian rapper made a now-deleted tweet in which she referred to an unnamed person as a “Robot on timing.”

While she did not specifically mention anyone, some fans speculated that it could be aimed at Beyoncé, particularly following a reported disagreement between Minaj and her husband, Jay-Z, over the choice of Kendrick Lamar as the Super Bowl halftime show headliner instead of Minaj’s former record label boss, Lil Wayne.
In response to a social media user who claimed, “Nicki Minaj called Beyoncé a Robot,” Minaj quickly refuted the accusation, stating in the comments, “This is an absolute lie.”
