A soon-to-be Nigerian bribe has revealed how she plans to block her singles friends from reaching her after the night of her wedding.
The young woman identified as Ebube said she was advised in a marriage class to cut off from single friends, mostly female for the sake of her union.
However, Ebube said the students were advised to pray for single people or link them up with single men seeking to settle down if they want to maintain the friendship.
Ebube said she heed the advice to avoid future ruins.
Still uncertain about her decision, the narrator asked couples whether or not her choice was fair.
She said on Twitter:
“They told us in marriage class to cut off our single friends after wedding. Pray for them and hook them up if we are interested in the friendship. Thank God I’ve already blocked them, before they give me bad advice and ruin my upcoming marriage. Married people, is this right?
“The teacher said the bachelorette party and bachelor’s night is the last time you’re meant to hang out with them. I argued and they said my partner should be praying for me. They said both man and Woman o .. after marriage, pursue your single friends.”
