Nigerian Man Caught With R7.5m Ingested Cocaine At SA Airport

• A Nigerian national is currently being interrogated, after being caught with illicit drugs.

• The man was arrested after ingesting cocaine in South Africa.

• He was said to have excreted cocaine worth over seven million rands

A Nigerian man has been taken into custody by the South African Police force, for drug trafficking.

Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the 55-year-old ingested cocaine worth R7.5 million.

He was arrested at OR Tambo International Airport from Saõ Paulo, Brazil on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Confirming the arrest, the police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel said the man was still excreting bullets and would be made to appear in the Kempton Park Magistrates’ Court soon.
