  • The reduction in consumption is attributed to the removal of petrol subsidy by the Federal Government.

  • The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) disclosed that the shortfall in petrol supply is sourced through imports to prevent scarcity in the downstream sector.
