Nnamdi Kanu: Appeal Court Rejects FG’s Request

The Court of Appeal has rejected the Federal Government’s request for adjournment in an application seeking to stay the execution of the judgment that set free the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

The court resumed its session on the matter on the matter and asked the government to move its application or forget it.

Counsel to the government, Mr David Kaswe had complained that he was served with a counter affidavit by Kanu’s lawyer, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN, on Friday.
