Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, on Friday described President Muhammadu Buhari’s civil war threat as an “empty” one.

Buhari had on Tuesday threatened to deal with those trying to cause insurrections across the country and undermine his Government.

Kanu pointed out that Nigerians are not with Buhari on his empty civil war threat.

Reacting, Kanu, in a series of tweets wrote: “You might’ve noticed that these empty THREATS of levying another war against #Biafra are coming exclusively from the Fulanized @NGRPresident and the extremist FULANI ruling class.

“Unlike 1967, they’re alone on this; the rest of Nigeria is not with them. Again, #ThisIsNot1967

“For those suffering from self induced amnesia or who may have conveniently forgotten how the #Fulani Caliphate put #Nigeria in the beautiful mess it’s in today.

“Most pathetic of all, sponsorship of BH didn’t stop late @MBuhari from being voted into power in 2015.”
