The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi and his Peoples Democratic Party’s counterpart, Atiku Abubakar have been told that their quest to secure victory at the 2023 presidential election through legal means is a futile attempt.

Prophet Austin Ariole, General Overseer of Goshen Freedom Tabernacle, in Effurun, Delta State, made the assertions, saying that no Court will upturn the 2023 presidential results in their favour.

In a sermon on Sunday, the cleric said no one could do anything about the declaration of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as President-elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Prophet Ariole said Obi and Atiku will not obtain any judgement that will upturn the result of the February 25 election.

The cleric, who distanced himself from being a supporter of the former Lagos governor, said;

“There’s no Court that can deliver that judgement. The tribunal cannot. The cabal control the Court.”

Prophet Ariola advised the duo to accept Tinubu as President-elect and allow the results announced by INEC stay.

“There is nothing anyone could do about it, ” he stressed.

Daily Report Nigeria recalls that the two candidates had approached the Appeal Court Abuja in separate cases to challenge the outcome of the election that produced Tinubu as winner.
