Former Nigerian lawmaker, Senaror Shehu Sanni has heaped praises on the youths of the country, saying no one will ever describe them as lazy again.

Sanni stated this in a tweet in solidarity with the ongoing nationwide #ENDSARS protest.

However, the tweet which ended with the trending #EndSARS hash tag did not save the former lawmaker from the claws of the angry Nigerian youths, as they reminded Sanni that he was part of the system.

Some went as far as displaying photos of Sani giving out radio transistors as constituency projects while in office.

Another Twitter user withdraw his support from Shehu Sanni for supporting the #ENDSARS movement despite being a northerner.

The protests have been ongoing for the best part of a week and there appears to be no slowing down on the part of the youths.
