Popular Nigerian artiste, Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy, has averred that schools in Nigeria don’t teach students their true history.

He viewed during an interview session that the schools chose to educate students about the white man’s history and Queen of England’s rather than its African occurrences in previous centuries.

Burna Boy hence noted the education system taught its people that they are powerless, thereby making them feel inferior to the western world.

He stressed that children and youths are taught things that are of no significance to the country.

The singer then declared that he would want to know the history of Nigeria before her colonialism.
