NUJ Chairman Dies

Soji Amosu, the Chairman of the Ogun State chapter of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), is dead.

Amosu’s demise was confirmed by the Assistant Secretary of the Union, Abiodun Taiwo.

According to Abiodun,  the National Orientation Agency (NOA) staff died after a brief illness, describing his death as “an irreparable loss”.

Amosu hails from Oke-Ore, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun and was elected as the Chairman of NUJ Ogun State chapter in 2019, while completing tenure as the Secretary of the council

Amosu is survived by his wife and children.
