NURTW Leader Killed As Cultists Clash In Mile 12(VIDEO)

The leader of the National of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) has lost his life following a fight among suspected cult members.

The leader, Suleman Lawal, popularly known as Ariku was killed on Sunday, August 28, following violence that broke out between Aiye and Eiye cult groups.

Police spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin who confirmed the incident said;

“The command is aware of the violent clash going on in Owode-Elede area of the state. DPO Owode-Onirin is handling the situation. Reinforcement has been readied. We are monitoring the situation.”
