Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has sent warm prayers his Rivers State counterpart, Nyesom Wike on the latter’s birth anniversary.
In a short birthday message on Monday, Okowa described Wike as a strong component of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
